How to Ensure You Can Receive Our Emails

To make sure you do not miss out on any of your favorite opportunities, the one thing you can do no matter what email service providers you're using is to add the address in the "FROM" line of email from PanelPlace to your address book.

This address is [email protected].

Below you will find instructions for some of the more popular email service providers.


Yahoo!

If you're using Yahoo! Mail, you can ensure that email from PanelPlace is delivered to your Inbox by adding the 'FROM' address to your 'Contacts' list. Here's how:

  1. If you are using Yahoo! Mail New version:
    1. Click Contacts in the menu on the left
    2. Click Add Contact
    3. Fill up the First Name and paste [email protected] into the Email field under Email Addresses
    4. Click Save
  2. If you are using Yahoo! Mail Classic:
    1. Click the Contacts tap
    2. Fill up the First Name and paste [email protected] into the Email field
    3. Click Save

To ensure that email from PanelPlace is delivered to your Yahoo! Inbox (not the Bulk Mail folder), you can also instruct Yahoo! to filter it to your Inbox. Here's how (for Yahoo! Mail Classic):

  1. Open your mailbox and click on Options (upper right hand corner)
  2. Select Mail Options
  3. Click Filters
  4. Click the Add link
  5. Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and [email protected].
    (This tells Yahoo to identify our newsletter based on its From address)
  6. Click the "Move the message to" dropdown menu and select Inbox
  7. Click the Add Filter button.

Alternatively, you may also open the last email you received from PanelPlace and click on the "Add sender to contacts" icon or the "Add" link next to the sender's email address <[email protected]>


Hotmail / MSN

If you're using Windows Live Hotmail or MSN, you can ensure that email from PanelPlace is delivered to your Inbox by adding the 'FROM' address to your 'Safe' list. Here's how:

  1. Open your mailbox and click on the "tools" icon (upper right hand corner beside your username)
  2. Click on the "More mail settings" link.
  3. Click the "Safe and blocked senders" link under the category preventing junk email.
  4. Click on the "Safe senders" link
  5. Copy and paste [email protected] into the "Sender or domain to mark as safe:" field and click on the "Add to list >>" field.
  6. When you see the [email protected] listed in the "Safe senders and domains:" dialog box, then it is done

If the email is filtered into the Junk folder:

  1. Open the email received from PanelPlace
  2. Click the "Wait, it's safe!" link below your email.
  3. It will then be move to your inbox.

AOL

If you are using AOL email. you can ensure that email from PanelPlace is delivered to your Inbox by adding the 'FROM' address to 'Contacts' list. Here's how:

  1. Click Contacts
  2. Click New and select New Contact
  3. Fill up the Screen Name and paste [email protected] into the Email field
  4. Click Create

Alternatively, if you are using Standard version:

  1. Open the email you received from PanelPlace
  2. Hover over the "From" name (e.g. PanelPlace to you)
  3. Wait for the dialog box beneath the 'From' name to appear
  4. Click Add Contact

If you can't figure out how to use the 'Add Contact' feature, just send an email to [email protected] and that will do the job of adding us to YOUR 'Contacts' list.


Gmail

If you're using Google's gmail, you can ensure that email from PanelPlace is delivered to your Inbox by either adding the sending address to your Contacts list or by marking any incorrectly filed email as "Not Spam". Here's how:

  1. Open the email received from PanelPlace in your Inbox
  2. Click the "down arrow" icon on the top right of the email, next to the Reply link
  3. Select "Add PanelPlace to Contacts List"

Alternatively, you can add the email address to your Contacts list.

  1. Click the Contacts on the left side of the Gmail page
  2. Click the "New Contact" icon on the top left
  3. Fill up the Name and paste [email protected] into the Email field
  4. Click Save

If the email is filtered into the Spam folder,

  1. Click Spam on the left side of the Gmail page
  2. Check the box next to PanelPlace's email
  3. Click Not Spam button along the top

Outlook 2007

If you're using Outlook 2007 for your e-mail, you can ensure the email from PanelPlace is delivered to your Inbox by letting Outlook know you consider it 'Safe'. Here's how:

  1. Open the email received from PanelPlace
  2. Click the Safe Lists in the menu bar
  3. Select one of the following option:
    - Add Sender to Safe Senders List, or
    - Add Sender's Domain (i.e. PanelPlace.com) to Safe Senders List

Alternatively, you can add the email address to 'Personal Contacts' in your Outlook Address Book.

If the email is filtered into the Junk folder,

  1. Open the email received from PanelPlace
  2. Select Mark as Not Junk
  3. Add the sender's domain (i.e. PanelPlace.com) to your 'Safe' List
