“I first came across Yours App through an online ad and then noticed positive reviews on social media, which encouraged me to try it.

I started using Yours App about a year ago and have been using it consistently since then. I use the app almost daily, especially in the evenings to relax before bedtime.

I really appreciate the guided meditations, relaxing soundscapes, and sleep stories. They help me unwind, improve my sleep quality, and manage stress better. Sometimes some features are locked behind premium access, which can feel limiting if you only have the free version.

I would highly recommend Yours App to anyone who wants to reduce stress, sleep better, and build a daily mindfulness routine. It’s simple to use and very effective.

“I get to know this app through social, where my friend posted about it.

I started using this app since may 2023, so from that time it is like 5 months using it.

I use this app very often during my day, like I open it more than 10 times a day.

It helped me to concentrate well on my studies due to meditation and helps me to rest well and also it gives me very well psychological advices.

It is a bit difficult to register, it shows error but it doesn't persist.

I can recommend this app for any one who needs concentration and having well psychological health to use this app.

“In a stressful life this helps to find mind fullness. I believe that this is the finest app for people who are stressed out or unhappy because it may help you relax both mentally and physically.
Since the nature of my work was so stressful, I use this app frequently. It helps me remain upbeat and serene.
