I've ordered a set of stickers for my business. Not only have they arrived late (over a month), but they came damaged. I informed Photobook team of my disappointment with the quality of the product and requested a refund. The team offered to send another set of stickers, which I refused since the quality of the product was... substandard at best. Photobook refused my request for refund, and offered to provide me with store credits instead. Not, a month after such promise, I have not received the
credits, nor a refund. moreover, second set of stickers which I ordered originally hasn't arrived yet after 2 months. Avoid Photobook at any cost!
