“I've ordered a set of stickers for my business. Not only have they arrived late (over a month), but they came damaged. I informed Photobook team of my disappointment with the quality of the product and requested a refund. The team offered to send another set of stickers, which I refused since the quality of the product was... substandard at best. Photobook refused my request for refund, and offered to provide me with store credits instead. Not, a month after such promise, I have not received the credits, nor a refund. moreover, second set of stickers which I ordered originally hasn't arrived yet after 2 months. Avoid Photobook at any cost!”

Worst experience ordering online - save yourself time and don't use photobook

“I paid for fast shipping around the same amount of money as for my products. BUT I'M STILL WAITING for my product to come and I needed it yesterday.... Wasn't given a tracking number, just a website where I could track the product. What a joke! If you want to avoid a hassle don't order from them. Now my product is stuck in custom and I have no way of claiming it.”
