Contacted customer service (a kind of chatbot) who replied that they will deliver in 3 to 4 days. But of course, nothing happened. So contacted their so-called “customer service” 7 times in total between January and February but never got an
...got any precise answer, just that they will send me an email once they have identified the problem. Well, of course, I never ever got any email. So today, 13/02, I contacted them again to cancel my orders. The funny thing is that the refund will take another 5 to 10 working days…just really good at taking and holding back the money.”
