“I ordered online for 900$ of different goods. Delivery date was the 19/01. Got an sms on 18/01 saying they will finally deliver today. Had to reschedule my day but was ultimately happy to get all one day before. But no delivery on 18/01, 19/01, 20/01….
Contacted customer service (a kind of chatbot) who replied that they will deliver in 3 to 4 days. But of course, nothing happened. So contacted their so-called “customer service” 7 times in total between January and February but never got any precise answer, just that they will send me an email once they have identified the problem. Well, of course, I never ever got any email. So today, 13/02, I contacted them again to cancel my orders. The funny thing is that the refund will take another 5 to 10 working days…just really good at taking and holding back the money.”
