“I needed new shorts for gym but lazy to go shopping mall to find one. So I started browsing online and thought maybe I should also check out Decathlon Singapore website too since they have large physical retail store. I was amazed by the amount of products available on their online-store and there were online discount going on too! I found the shorts I want with discount, cheaper than what I normally pay for. Now how do I collect my items if I don't want to pay for shipping and I don't want to go all the way to the store in town? This is the where the wonderful "Click and Collect" comes in. It is free and ready to collect the items in a store in just 2 hours! I selected the nearest Decathlon store to my place and collected my shorts while out for lunch. Since then, I've made few purchases through Decathlon Singapore website. Wide range of products online, good price and convenient, it has become my favorite sports related products shopping website :)”

“The website is easy to use and the features are user friendly, the sites also does update on the stock items and the outlet where the items are available for pick up and purchase. The site also allow us to make comparison with of the items and offer a reasonable price range.”

Awful experience

“I ordered online for 900$ of different goods. Delivery date was the 19/01. Got an sms on 18/01 saying they will finally deliver today. Had to reschedule my day but was ultimately happy to get all one day before. But no delivery on 18/01, 19/01, 20/01….
Contacted customer service (a kind of chatbot) who replied that they will deliver in 3 to 4 days. But of course, nothing happened. So contacted their so-called “customer service” 7 times in total between January and February but never got any precise answer, just that they will send me an email once they have identified the problem. Well, of course, I never ever got any email. So today, 13/02, I contacted them again to cancel my orders. The funny thing is that the refund will take another 5 to 10 working days…just really good at taking and holding back the money.”
