“Coursera has many courses to offer, from engineering to music, it covers wide area of education. It's easy to register, good user interface whether on computer or smartphone. I can try or audit all of the courses and if i will purchase the courses that i think it will beneficial for me. The most thing that i like about coursera is, they give you opportunity to get financial aid, if you can't afford the full price.”

“I got to know Coursera through post on LinkedIn and I used to check on the Coursera platform.

I started using Coursera in June 2024, and one of the most impactful courses I completed was the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I typically used the platform 2 to 3 times a week, depending on my schedule.

I enrolled in the Google IT Support Professional Certificate on Coursera, and I must say it has been a valuable learning experience. I use the platform 2-3 times a week, balancing it with my full-time job. The course structure is flexible, and the content is well-organized for beginners in the IT field.

Most useful about Coursera is the Hands-on labs and real-world scenarios make it practical and easy to understand. The self-paced format allowed me to learn without stress. Quizzes and peer-reviewed assignments helped reinforce learning. Google’s name adds credibility, especially when adding this certificate to a resume or LinkedIn profile.

But some topics felt repetitive or too basic if you already have some IT background.

I highly recommend this course to:
Career switchers looking to enter IT
Fresh graduates wanting industry-relevant skills

Anyone interested in understanding computer networks, troubleshooting, and customer support.
