The most useful aspect of Askable is how quickly and reliably it connects us with high-quality, pre-screened participants that match our target criteria. The platform's intuitive interface, customizable screener questions, and transparent scheduling process save us a huge amount of time compared to manual recruitment. It also gives us confidence that participants are showing up prepared and engaged, which improves the quality of our research.
While overall I’ve had a positive experience with Askable, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve found the pricing to be a bit high for smaller or lower-budget projects. Also, while the participant quality is generally strong, there have been a few instances where screeners didn’t fully filter out unsuitable candidates — though support was responsive when we raised it. Finally, some additional customization options in the dashboard or tighter integration with our existing tools would make the workflow even smoother
