My bad experience with watsons online:
I bought the promotion item on first day of promotion. The system unable track the free gift, but second day i tried buy the same items. The system tracked the free gift for the items purchased. I have no idea why i can’t get on first day. I feedback to watsons customer service they only keep dragging by giving reason investigating but until now i haven’t receive my free gift. They requested video of my purchase history even though i have provided the screenshot??!! I really confused with their not reasonable request. They should have my purchase history.

I guessed they will drag and ignore the issue soon. How irresponsible of watsons and poor service !!”

“More product than physical store. And the shipping quite cheap too. More discount if purchasing online. Easy payment option. Some products are online exclusive and u can get great bargain. Better buy online.”

“What i most like is i don't have to get down to the store and look for my routine tools, now i can just repeat my usual order. What I don't like is that I still have to get to the store to have a tester for new product. I think it will be great if the tester is given as free gift”
