I started unsing Watsons online in 2020 when covid started and I had to buy household items online. I use watsons online every month to top up household items.

Most useful about Watson Online is getting to browse items that Watsons sell online anytime and anywhere. So far, I do not have any complaints for Watsons online.

“Like all other ecommerce apps, benefits for loyal customers but also not bad for new customer checking their products and scrolling their price tags.

I started using Watson Online In this year when I search for allergies for my nose since I need to search familiar pharmacy places. Not frequent because it's only for something urgent or restock emergency pills at home.

The price for loyal customers is very convenient making it more bearable. But sometimes there are lags but it's understandable for newer customer to experience. But if it's recurring, then probably just go to the physical stores.

For newer customer yes but if they are accustomed to websites/apps like this, then you can make your own choice instead.
