When I was a uni student in NZ, this app was very convenient for me, it’s been about 6 years now

I tend to use uber eats once every two months for myself

I have kids and sometimes don’t want to leave the house, therefore it is very convenient

I ended up moving to a new area and my options were limited. Sometimes I do believe the prices of food can be expensive without a deal

I’d say it’s an easy to use app and good for convenience!

“Order food for lunch while at work to make things easier rather then waiting for ages in the drive thru.

I’ve been using Uber eats since 2025 to make it easier to get lunch while I was at work especially if I felt like something that was outside the normal distance from work. Most days especially if I knew I was getting a truck coming in to make sure I ate before it arrived.

Most useful about Uber Eats is the ease of being able to get food while being busy doing something else.

A couple of my orders got delivered to the wrong place but I managed to get a refund and order it again.

It’s simple and easy but there is a risk of it getting delivered to the wrong place but customer service can give you a refund and just reorder your food.

“I wanted to order food and I find out about them on searching start using it 4 years ago.

I start using them four years ago after I start ordering food. I’m using uber eats a few times a month because they are so fast

They are so respectful and delivering fast and they are clean. I like everything about them and it’s nothing special to dislike them.

I’m highly recommend them to my family and friends by talking about how they are doing well.

I started using Uber Eats since like forever, don’t remember the exact date but it’s been a few years. I use it maybe once a month, whenever I have to search for rides.

“I got to know Uber Eats through friends and online ads while I was in student accommodation. It seemed like a convenient way to get food delivered, especially when I didn’t feel like cooking or had a packed schedule.

“I used to use Uber for travelling and saw the feature of Uber Eats on the app itself.

I started using it in August 2024 and so it has been about 7 months. I use Uber Eats about 2-3 times a month since the time I downloaded it.

I like that there are a lot of options and with an Uber One membership, delivery is free. But I don't like that sometimes when food is on its way for delivery, the time keeps increasing without any notice.

Definitely recommend as I have had a good experience 9 out of 10 times.

“I used Uber Eat on a regular basis and is really great

I started two years ago, and I find it extremely useful, for situation like not wanting to cook or get out of home, or kids are sick and I cannot do groceries.

I usually use Uber Eats once a week at least. My kids love to receive their food from a delivery driver so I kind of use it as a treat.

Most useful about Uber Eats is the fact that dinners come right at my door with no effort. I'm generally happy with the service. Food has been delivered quickly and in great conditions.

Uber Eats in an excellent tool for ordering your lunch/dinners when u have no access to transport.
Food arrives in great conditions and with no effort.
Excellent in case of emergency or when you had a hard day and no energy to prepare a meal for the family.

“I learned about Uber Eats via friends and social media.

I started using the Uber Eats app about 3 years ago. I use it usually once or twice a week. Sometimes more frequently.

Most useful about Uber Eats is it has a good variety of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores to choose from.

But a couple of times my order went "missing"! Not an Uber Eats issue - the delivery person collected the order but never arrived at my home.

Definitely recommend using the app as it is convenient and easy to use.

“I got to know Uber Eat through my friends and yeah, advertisement as well.

2024, and it's not been that long, but yeah, I love using Uber Eats. I use Uber Eats sometimes 5 times in a week, but on average it's thrice.

Most useful about Uber Eats is it provides service on time and can plan things accordingly. But sometimes it doesn't find the location, and the driver was spinning around the same spot.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Uber Eats because it's worth every penny.

“I use it a lot, especially during COVID. It was really convenient for myself to use.

I started using Uber Eats probably 4 years ago and I use it maybe once every two weeks. I use Uber Eats once every two weeks or once a month. Depends how organised I am.

Most useful about Uber Eats is that food gets delivered to you - save time not going out. But sometimes my food can come cold and sometimes it comes later than it should.

Yes I will recommend - especially to people who can’t easily go out or someone who wants to save time.
