“The only thing that is good on Toluna is the registration processes. The user interface of Toluna is slow, too confusing, complicated, messy, and not interactive. There too many sections that are missing or very hard to find such as the tutorial after the registration and the FAQs section. It will be good improvement is Toluna add the FAQs in an eye catching place, group the surveys available with proper sorting and add an easy cash out process.”
