“I got to know Tiqets from Google, they are advertised also in vip company benefits.

Only used once on 28.02.2026. I was robbed 300eur. Never again. They stole 300 eur from me because of a supposed malfunction in their website.

Fraudulent website. Apparent malfunction is actually a scam.

I am here to warn anyone using this company that their website does a scam where it seems to malfunction and rejects payments multiple times and afterwards you see in your bank that they actually did take your money!!! When you contact their customer service they say that it's your mistake and that they are not going to refund you, even though you never attend the services supposedly booked. After almost a month trying to reason with them, they basically stole €300 from me.

“Avant d’expliquer de manière détaillée mon expérience avec Tiqets, je tiens à dire que je suis loin d’être une personne qui me plains volontiers comme vous pourrez le voir sur les review que j’ai postés jusqu’à présent sur mon profil. Aujourd’hui je prends la peine d’exprimer mon mécontentement car je n’ai jamais fait face à des personnes aussi malhonnêtes que Tiqets et je compte bien diffuser cet avis sur le plus de plateforme possible pour encourager un maximum de personne à les éviter.

Nous avions réservé le Vatican pass (visite guidée de la basilique, accès au musée du Vatican / chapelle Sixtine, château Sant'Angelo avec audioguide) pour le vendredi 9 mai juste avant le décès du pape François.

Une fois le décès du pape annoncé, nous avons reçu un mail de Tiqets pour nous signaler que la chapelle Sixtine sera fermée pour le conclave et qu’ils ne rembourseront même pas une partie du pass sous pretexte que c’est indépendant de leur volonté. Cette décision étant autant indépendante de notre volonté, c’est malhonnête et parfaitement illégal de refuser de rembourser un service que vous êtes dans l’incapacité d’offrir.

La mauvaise expérience ne s’arrête malheureusement pas là.

Au château Sant’Angelo, nous ne parvenons pas à accéder à l’audioguide même en discutant avec le service de Tiqets qui finit donc par nous dire qu’ils nous dédommageront de 3.5€ par audioguide, qui coûte 8€ sur place ! Nous avons donc du payer un supplément de 8€/personne pour faire la visite avec l’audioguide. Je n’ai finalement même pas reçu leur dédommagement.

Si aucun imprévu ne se déclare, il est possible que votre expérience soit positive mais si vous rencontrez un problème ne comptez pas sur le service après vente pitoyable de Tiqets pour vous aider de manière juste. Une fois que l’argent est parti vous ne le reverrez pas avec de tels truands.

“They sold tickets to Vatican and Sistine Capel and they basically did not have. I came from Brazil for this trip and they let know the day before, they were not able to provide me the tickets I paid (very expensive).

i started using for my trip to Rome on October 2024. i have never used before and I used to buy tickets dor Vatican Museum and Sistine Capel.

Nothing useful because they basically sold me tickets they did not have. They basically tricked me selling tickets they did not have.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
