“I can’t believe how one-sided the reimbursement procedure for the flight ticket is. The whole thing has been a nightmare caused by the negligence from the app’s booking system and the actions of the customer service, yet they couldn’t even accept a shred of responsibility. On top of a paltry sum of compensation, they even impose a hefty administrative charge for the refund. Truly, a trash of the highest order.”
