I started using Talkspace a few months ago and have been using it regularly since then. It has been helpful during times when I needed guidance and emotional support. I use Talkspace a few times a week, especially when I feel stressed or need to talk things through. It fits well into my routine and is easy to access.
The most useful part is being able to express my thoughts openly in a safe space. The platform is convenient, supportive, and helps manage stress and emotions better.
Sometimes responses can take a bit of time, which can feel slow when you need immediate support. Other than that, the overall experience has been positive.
I would recommend Talkspace to students and anyone looking for accessible mental health support. It is easy to use, private, and helpful for managing daily stress.
