“I’ve been supporting TADA and a customer that have come across lots of drivers. Most of them are cheats. Especially recently a driver charged me a total of $9 of ERP tolls when he could easily avoid the route. And the route to my child’s school is not even the right amount. I know coz we take taxis and car rides often. Broad daylight robbery. Don’t bother getting help from their customer service officers. They will give you excuses and never go beyond their duty as a CSO to serve their customers. I waited so long to get an issue resolved and I was shocked that none of TADA CSO could investigate or resolve such a simple issue. And no refund was given. The price shown for my ride is simply MISLEADING. Drivers can cheat you anytime and you won’t get your refund. Do take note: You don’t get full support.

The year 2022 and been supporting them for years and years. Till now. I use TADA often. Mostly when there’s not enough taxis that are available.

Most useful about TADA is there’s TADA 6 pax for my family besides that everything is the same.

Drivers take their time not to get seats ready for TADA 6 pax and they cheat to get more money from customers and customer service support are horrible, can’t get instant help. Instead have to wait about a week or so to get a response from CSO. Horrible service. Issue not resolve instead end up being disappointed coz driver cheated his way to earn more money from me. And he gets away with it Scott-free without any reason or investigation with the driver. Horrible experience. My perspective about TADA has totally changed for the worst.

Not recommend anymore. Totally disappointed. I used to think they were a better option for me but not anymore.

Tada is the worst transport hailing app ever! I wished someone had told me about how bad they are

“I got to know TADA Through searching for transport app’s available in my country

A few months ago I started downloading and trying. I used TADA a few times and it was disappointing so should not even bother trying.

Nothing at all. Seriously, I think they shouldn’t even have this App.

The App cancels without informing riders. The App just conveniently stops working and the driver’s details just poof into thin air. It is the worst app ever and you are left wondering if you hv missed the transport or still has to wait or whatever! I hv deleted the app and will also pass my experiences to others.

Not to use the App.

The worst ride service ever!

“I tried their service one because a friend mentioned they are cheaper than Grab and CDG Zig, etc.

The driver went to the wrong pickup. After texting multiple times he took his time to reach me and I got a late penalty fee. Mentioning the frustration to the driver he got scared of a bad review and kicked me out from his car. He also refused to cancel my ride and ended up marking it as completed (so I got charged).

Once I reported the situation to TADA I exchanged words with the customer support person name Narul Ain.

The company decision has been to do absolutely nothing.

So to be fully clear, I got kicked out from a car and not only the driver has been driving free on the platform, but the company has not even provided a voucher to apologies.

They say you pay for what you get and in this case, I can say that you get massive s***. Never I've seen a company dealing with a customer in this way.

Obviously I will not use their service anymore, and I would suggest to Ms Narul to actually change job as to work in customer support you are actually suppose to support the customers.

If you read this, I hope you will be able to avoid using their service.”
