The driver went to the wrong pickup. After texting multiple times he took his time to reach me and I got a late penalty fee. Mentioning the frustration to the driver he got scared of a bad review and kicked me out from his car. He also refused to cancel my ride and ended up marking it as completed (so I got charged).
Once I reported the situation to TADA I exchanged words w...ith the customer support person name Narul Ain.
The company decision has been to do absolutely nothing.
So to be fully clear, I got kicked out from a car and not only the driver has been driving free on the platform, but the company has not even provided a voucher to apologies.
They say you pay for what you get and in this case, I can say that you get massive s***. Never I've seen a company dealing with a customer in this way.
Obviously I will not use their service anymore, and I would suggest to Ms Narul to actually change job as to work in customer support you are actually suppose to support the customers.
