How Simply Sensitivity Checks Works

Step 1 - Order your test

Once you’ve made your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation which will include your unique registration number. Then, head to our submission form page to register your test.

Step 2 - Take and send us your sample

We only require a few hairs for testing. If your hair is longer than an inch, 4-5 strands should be sufficient. If it is shorter than an inch, we recommend taking around 8 to 10 strands.

We can test any body hair except pubic hair. When cutting the hair, cut as close to the root as possible.

Once your hair sample is collected, simply place the strands into a small, sealable bag to ensure the hair remains dry and secure during transit. Place that into a secure mailing envelope (stamp required) and post it to us.

Step 3 - Receive your results

Once your sample is received by our laboratory, we’ll send you an email notification to let you know it has arrived.

It is then analysed by our team of experts against a range of food & non-food products, and your results will be delivered securely to your inbox within 3-5 days.
