“I heard about Revolut from friends who had been using their accounts for a few years and had been very satisfied with the service.

I started using Revolut about 3 years ago, after relocating to another country. I use it basically every day. I use it for shopping, money transfers and bills.

What I find as one of the most useful advantages is the speed and ease of money transfers to another person's bank account.

So far, there is nothing I dislike about Revolut. Until recently, there was only one thing: there was no interest on savings available in the country where I currently reside, but there is now.

Revolut is a great and simple-to-use banking account. Very easy to navigate and pay with. It is a great solution if you relocate to another country and need a bank account while sorting out your work and residency. Great for travels, no fees on withdrawals and transfers in the same currency. At the moment I use Revolut as my main account and will most probably continue to do so in the future.

I ordered their free Visa Debit Card and it arrived in less than a week. It looks cool also.

The Revolut app is simple and easy to use but with a lot of features. Like simple security controls for toggling contactless payments, online transactions, and disabling the magnetic stripe. It also has a location base security where the card wouldn't work if it's away from your smart phone.

There other useful features like setting a budget, categorised reports and analytics (you can view your transactions based on Transport, Groceries, etc.), multi-currency accounts, etc. But my favourite feature is the Revolute Vault. Where you can round up your transactions, for example $1.80 to $2.00, and the $0.20 will be put automatically to the vault and it will just accumulate.

The money in the Vault is not liquid and separate from your main balance, so you are literally saving money overtime until you choose to transfer it again to your main balance. You can also create multiple vaults and set goals for it. For example you can have a "Travel Vault" or "Vault to buy new phone". Aside from rounding up daily transactions and saving the change, you can have a recurring vault transfer. For example: $1 each day to "Travel Vault"”
