“When I first joined, they give surveys which can earn 20 -30 points but when the accumulated points went to abt 80 points, then they start giving surveys which only give 1 miserable point or even empty surveys giving 0 point (Pls refer to the attached photo) so it takes longer and longer to reach 150 points. If not because I need NTUC Fairprice vouchers, I won't register AIP SG at all.”

“So far, there is daily emails on surveys; however the points given are kind of pathetic.

There are times that we are unable to answer the surveys and yet it doesn't disappeared in our inbox.”

“I like Rakuten Insight Surveys because the interface is clean and the website is easier to use than some of the other survey sites.

My only gripe is that the rewards cashout is done once every month as opposed to getting cashouts from when you requested it.

All in all I will continue to use Rakuten Insight Surveys!”
