I don't go for tours often, but I've used it before when booking a tour. I rarely use it as I personally don't spend on trips much, but I would consider it when booking for tours again.

I find it seamless when accessible for booking tours. I'd say it's ease of use is great. None I dislike. I think that the interface is friendly enough for consumers.

After my first Pelago booking in December 2022 (a Kyoto tea ceremony!), I’ve recommended it to every traveler I know. Every trip starts with Pelago! I’ve averaged 3 bookings annually since 2022.

Family travel made easy: Pelago finds activities where *both* my kids and I have fun. No small miracle! Their customer service always resolves issues promptly, and the trade-off for quality over quantity is worth it. Still my top booking platform!

Most useful about Pelago is Pelago can plan where and when you want to go, best and hidden gem place, easy payment even can use miles, and of course best deal and price. Since last that I started using Pelago there is nothing I dislike about them because they are the best.
