“BEWARE!!!! Do not use Pelago for purchesing any form of tickets. My family of 3 recently bought tickets to the Singapore Oceanarium for the expensive Dolphin Connection, SGD $565. This is where you get to actually swim with and interact with the Dolphins. Full day planned $30 taxi from Hotel to cable car. $150 on return cable car tickets and $30 taxi back to hotel. My 13 year old Daughter was so excited.
Anyway we arrived on time but we're informed that due to maintenance on the Dolphin pool it had be changed to the following day (this was not possible due to other commitments). We should have been informed by Pelago. Checked all emails including junk mail while standing at the entrance, nothing. The Oceanarium created a case number, so we could claim a refund. Contacted Pelago that day and messages been coming back and forward for 3 weeks. Keep getting told it has been escalated and would be resolved within q business day.
I'm over it and reading other people reviews it seems like they are hoping I will just go away, well that's not happening. Pelago says they are run by Singapore Airlines so I will start there followed by the Singapore Oceanarium until my money is refunded.
This is the 1st time I have used them on recent trip to Singapore. I won't be using them again, but was planning to use them when travelling as their prices seemed good.
Nothing, they are thieves and no contact numbers, so had to get in contact with.
Hard to get in contact with, keep say it will be resolved but never is.
I would warn others if it sounds to good to be true it generally is.
