I started using PAK’nCHAT in early 2024 and have checked in occasionally since then to give feedback and see what others are saying. I use the platform occasionally—mostly after shopping at PAK’nSAVE when I want to leave a review or read what other customers have shared.

It’s a great way to share honest feedback, suggest improvements, and see how others are experiencing different stores. It helps me feel heard as a customer. But sometimes the site feels a bit slow to navigate, and I wish responses or follow-ups from the team were a bit quicker or more visible.

I’d recommend it to regular PAK’nSAVE shoppers who want to share their feedback, make suggestions, or see what others think. It’s a simple and useful way to be part of the conversation.

“I got to know about PAK’nCHAT community on the Auckland community page and google search requested by a friend.

I started using just a week ago and has helped me out alot. Every few days a week or when I get a chance I’m always on it.

The whole community helping the community it’s such a good vibe. Nothing I dislike, it’s absolutely so helpful and it gives you a lot of advice.

I recommend it to everyone who loves to shop at paknsave.

“I shop here a lot. I do all my grocery shopping at this marketplace. It is affordable and has what I need for my weekly shopping. The staff are helpful and friendly. They are polite and help if you ask for directions to products. I am very satisfied with the shopping experience at Pack 'N Save Hamilton.

I have used this PaK'Nchat community; only recently. I am not an online shopper I go into the store. Only recently, I usually go into the store. I am not an online shopper. But, I have previously used the online experience with a different store. Just to try it out for myself. It was well worth doing.

Excellent way to order online. I haven't used this recently, but I have used in the past. Nothing that I am concerned about thus far, I would recommend to people who had difficulty with the daily activities of shopping.

Yes, if this is beneficial to you. Especially for people that cannot do daily shopping. It is quick and easy to use, and the app is in the play store.

“I got to know PAK’nCHAT community On Pak-Save's website and word of mouth from friends. I started using PAK’nCHAT community Just recently, a few months ago, as I was recommended by a friend. Not very often I use PAK’nCHAT community, but when I do, it is maybe once every fortnight or so.

I like that it is user-friendly. The app seems to work well and is customisable. Quite happy with it, I think it serves its purpose.

I would probably share it by word of mouth, just as I was shared by others.
