Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Claims Handling
I subscribed Oyen Pet Insurance since year 2023 and have been renewed once. Mine is a Yearly Renewal Insurance Plan for Cat Champion.
Most useful about Oyen Pet Insurance is Pet's Vet Bill, Coverage on Vet's bill, Funeral and etc.
I have been a customer of Oyen for over a year, but recently, I’ve noticed that their handling of insurance claims has become increasingly unprofessional. Additionally, the processing time has been significantly delayed—it's been over a month, and I still haven’t received my claim. These actions are truly disappointing and reflect a lack of professionalism on their part.
No, I do not recommend Oyen Pet Insurance to anybody.
