“I got to know Omio through websites and advertisements and even through Friends who used it.

I used Omio since last six months after watching friends frequently booking through it. I use Omio very frequently now as it is very easy and practical to use and very economical.

Most useful about Omio is reliable and economical and trustworthy and more over very user friendly. But sometimes the website is bit slow May be due to various reasons.

Yes very much recommended as it is reliable and user friendly.

“I got to know Omio from internet and some suggestions of friends, especially all the family. i always need transport me and my small family and i find them safe. i am using bus, train ,plane to my trips in europe

First of all, very quick and responsive team! Even on Xmas holidays, well done!
Slavcho was very reassuring and explained everything step by step, he really left me with no further questions about the matter. Well done guys. But sometimes they can not answer, you should wait if you have an urgent case.

i am highly recommend that for others, it is safe .

“I purchased 2 train tickets costing over $200 along with Xcover insurance that are partnered with Omio. My flight into Germany was delayed and I missed the train. The train company in Germany gave me the number of the next train to take to my destination. While on the train, an inspector checked our ticket and would not accept it. He made me purchase a new ticket costing more than what I originally paid. I figured I was covered and would get a refund for one of the purchases for the same trip. To my surprise, OMIO and Xcover refused to refund anything. I do not know why my flight was delayed and when I went to request a refund, I selected one of the options. Xcover refused my refund request stating that they do not cover delays due to blah blah blah. I replied that I do not know why my flight was delayed and I selected the option just to get the refund started. Again I was informed that I do not qualify for a refund. I PURCHASED THE INSURANCE IN CASE MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED, APPARENTLY THE MOST BASIC REASON WE BUY INSURANCE DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND. Big rip-off from Omio and Xcover. If you are travelling buy your tickets when you arrive at your destination. Most locations have machines that you can use to make your purchase. That was you are almost guaranteed that you are not getting ripped off. Omio and Xcover lure you into buying their tickets by telling you that you are travelling with “peace of mind”. A joke that costs you lots of money and headaches.”
