“I saw it on the app store, it advertised to be a survey app
I have use it over two years. Completed hundreds of surveys with consistent payouts throughout — right up until I tried to withdraw the latest $25. I used it regularly enough to have earned hundreds of dollars across two-plus years. Never had a complaint until the withdrawal stage. Almost daily.
Genuinely the best payout rates around. The platform has paid out reliably for two years. That part works.
After two years and multiple successful withdrawals, verification was suddenly required for a $25 redemption — with no warning. Here's the problem: if I were fraudulent, I've apparently been withdrawing money unverified for two years. So why now? And if verification is genuinely required, restrict survey access until it's done — don't let people complete surveys for years and then spring this on them mid-withdrawal.
I only have a digital licence. Fine — they claim to accept it. Except their own upload system threw an error. I sent my licence front and back, a screenshot proving I attempted the upload, and a screenshot of their own error message. Support asked me to clarify, I explained everything in detail with photos included, and woke up the next morning to a reply asking if I could schedule a video call to hold my phone up to a laptop camera — despite already having my ID in the photos I'd sent. When I pointed this out, the response was that the system showed no record of my attempts and that it works fine for everyone else.
Two days of going in circles, evidence being ignored, and being asked to re-provide what was already there. It was only after leaving public reviews that a manager contacted me — through support, but opening with "I responded to your review comment." The issue was then resolved immediately using the exact screenshots I'd provided from day one. That's damage control, not customer service. Nobody should have to post public reviews just to have their evidence read.
I wouldn't recommend, not after this, i used to sing the praise of this one to all my friends but I'm leaving it for the same reason i left the others, you aren't ever going to be a millionaire from surveys but if you pay attention and work hard you deserve the money you earn and you cant risk investing time into something that cant be trusted to pay honestly.
