“They were in my broker's shortlist as 3th and 4th pick. I think I made my mind by looking at people around. Popular broker in my country.

I've used it for 2 years, but not straight. Had some breaks after big losses. As a swing traders, no more than 3 times per week. Too much screen time=overtrading.

Best part is compatibility to my trading strategy. No commission, no swaps, pure transparency. Also, can acknowledge their solid payment system. They didn't delay transactions and send requests to payment providers fast.

I needed to live on two platforms, since they hadn't tradingview integration, where I usually perform my analysis. Octatrader has similar traits and charts, but can't replace its advanced customization features.

For tight spreads and overall for someone who prioritized trading conditions, very comfortable place for trading.

“It was a referral from my friend, since he has already had a positive experience with the broker.

I think in a couple of months, when I steadily get to know them better. I use Octa everyday, as trading demands constant monitoring, even though I don’t open trades, I seek for opportunities.

Most useful about Octa is the platform and its trading conditions. I’m a big fan of their proprietary octrader and its tools. For example, AI pattern recognition tools or community feed, where traders share their ideas. As for conditions, of course good costs and flexible leverage are good.

Small things, like limited payment options in my country, no futures contracts, and lack of raw accounts. I’d say not critical areas of improvement.

“The first I saw octa was in the list of top brokers to trade cfd assets, this broker seemed decent and then I made some research about it.
Most of information I got from the reviews, and positive reviews with a lot of feedback ensured that this broker is legit at the very least, so I continued to learn more about them. The final destination before i signed up was their website, where I find out about the conditions and signed up then.

I started with a demo account in April of 2023, it was the beginning of the month. I knew how to trade in general, but still polished my skills a little and in summer I was already on MT4 real trading account, and then Moved to OctaTrader earlier this year because I just like it more. So it's almost 3 years of being an Octa client I can say.

Surely less than I want to LOL. I am combining trading with my day job at the office, so it's not easy to trade during work. I can say I use it in the morning to look through the chart and sometimes during the day to open trades, since they dont do swaps, I do swingtrading mostly, that takes time so I just monitor from my phone to make sure trade is going okay.

The platform is the most useful, if you phrase the question this way. I like how they put all the features in OctaTrader and you can utilize AI to get better trading results.
If you ask what I like the most? Then I would say the costs, only spreads are paid here, the rest is free, this is why I choose Octa at the first place.

I can say that overall assets are a bit limited, 300 is nearly not enough if you want to trade stocks, and for cfd ones, we need a bit more.

I think no matter what is the experience, Octa would be a great broker of choice for all, because they have different platforms including MT5 and just established broker with maximum security, because they have like 10+ years of experience.

“I read an article about the broker, it was about the concept of the platform and their mission of making trading costs low

I opened an account somewhere in the beginning of this year, and since january 2025 i use their platform. I don’t trade everyday, but I open the mobile app every day… so almost every day i use octa app.

Trading costs are low, and for my trading style it’s good that they don’t have swap fees. It make my trading experience better, i don’t worry about opened positions. I don’t understand why the copy trading is on a separate mobile app

It is more likely to recommend the broker. I had solid experience and had no issues whatsoever. In short, have nothing to complain about

“From a video that makes a top of various brokers, I saw octa for the first time and liked the name first lol. Then did a bit of research and turns out it's a decent broker so I signed up.

It was 2023 March when I signed up for a demo account, I had mt4 demo but my real account was opened 2 months after, in may, and I had octatrader account, so I guess live trading started from may 2023 so its over 2 years already.

I use the app very frequently, and I visit it like 3-4 times a day, from my phone and also from my pc. I mostly use it in the morning and evenings when I am not at work.

Most useful about Octa is the octatrader application of course, because you have so much convenience and I am not even talking about AI. IT's great of course but the overall charting and trading xp is great on that app, also it's helpful if you're beginner because they have space there that gives your recommendations personalized on your choice, you can filter the assets or the styles there and copy the pattenrs to your own chart in a click.

there is no such thing about octa itself that i don't like, but one thing that is not so comfortable is octa copy trading app being a separate entity.

I think that its a must try for anyone that values reliability and effectiveness. About the first point, they have been in the market for 12 years and have great ratings in all the review websites so people trust them, about effectiveness, they don't charge any fees for like swaps and so, you just pay spreads, no commissions for depo and withdrawal too.

I started to use it in spring of 2024, so it has been roughly 1.5 years that I am here.

I use a combination of short and long term strategies. Therefore, I am a frequent trader here. For intraday trading opportunities I check charts every day and whenever a trade seems pleasant - I enter. For long term - look for breakouts that can last for months.

“I have heard about them in telegram groups where people were talking about demo contests with real prizes. That’s how I met up with Octa broker.

It’s been almost a year since I joined here and for all that time I’ve not had any heavy troubles while trading on the platform. Well, it depends on market conditions, but usually I open the octatrader platform every day at least about 5-10 times to be aware of what’s going on with my positions.

“I first hear about Octa from online trading forum where many traders talk about trading conditions and share their opinions about broker. Then i explored more about octa and read some detailed reviews of its platform

I opened account at the beginning of may this year. So it makes it around 4 months of constantly trading on its platform. I use it every trading day so far. Monday to Friday in the last 4 months. Mobile app is very convenient, so I can trade even when I not at home.

For me, Octa most useful is fast withdrawals and the trading conditions. The spreads are really great, and this makes me to generate small profits easy. I withdraw often, this is part of my risk-management strategy, and they have never complicated any of my withdrawals. Feels good to work with octa

But sometimes I wish there more indicators in platform, and more advanced drawing tools. Also copy trading section can be little confusing at start, i don’t understand why they put it on a different app… but after use some time you get used to it, and it’s fine

“A friend from a Telegram group shared a link last year and spoke highly of the tools.

I started using Octa in March 2024 and have used it for over a year now. I open the app every trading day, mostly during London and NY sessions.

Its mobile app feels stable and the trades reflect fast. I also like the copy trading feature. But sometimes, verification can take a while if there’s a document issue.
