“I've bought some books from Kinokuniya in Ipoh in the past, and also uses the webstore during the pandemic.
I start using Books Kinokuniya Webstore since 2020, and it has been 4 years. For browsing books, every week since it's easy. For buying, minimum is twice in a month.
The design is simple yet simple for the customers. the system is quite straight forward, easy to find books or also watch the review. But sometime the website took too long due to environmental reasons.
Of course I'll recommend, they're easy even for elderly who are not good with technology.
