“I downloaded the free web extension and installed it on my Chrome. I further proceeded to test it out on emails.
I found the service works quite well for spell checks. However, I also noted that certain errors could not be viewed on the basic package and I needed to upgrade to the premium package to view them.
Another feature that I found useful was the tone identifier. It's a great feature, especially seeing that we communicate via the written word 90% of the time and the tone can be misconstrued.”
