“I was looking for brochure designing. The service was claimed to be for$300 on freelancer’s profile. I requested for the service, but the amount I had to pay was around$750(tax+service charge). I agreed to it, paid and gave them the details to which the freelancer responded and I gave all the details she wanted.

The next day, it was completed, but, it wasn’t upto the mark. I tried for a revision(which I thought was free earlier), they asked for another$300. I simply didn’t accept the job and logged out of fiverr account.

After two days a$300 was deducted from my account and then a$100 more. The text reads that it was from Fiverr.

I visited fiverr and got to know that the amount was deducted for one revision and watermark removal.

I never asked for any revision and if I wanted to revise, I would have given the details of change for the revision. And the watermark removal charge wasn’t making any sense.

So, I tried to contact the support team. And sent them a mail requesting a refund of$400.

Instead of replying to my query, they sent a mail informing, if I don’t accept the job in two days, they will mark it as completed and charge me for the service. I instantly deactivated my card and sent one more mail to the support team. It’s been a week, still no reply.”
