“I originally learned about Fitbit.com years ago when a few colleagues were using Fitbit trackers at work. They talked about how useful the app was, so I looked it up and have been familiar with it ever since.
I’ve been familiar with Fitbit.com for close to a decade. I started using it around 2015 and have checked in with it ever since. I use Fitbit.com several times a week, usually to review my daily stats and track my progress.
For me, the most useful part is the insights Fitbit gives you. The sleep breakdown, heart-rate trends, and weekly summaries make it easy to understand what’s improving and what needs attention.
The only downside for me is that some features are locked behind premium. The site is still great without it, but a few extra insights would be nice to access for free.
I’d definitely recommend Fitbit.com to anyone looking to stay motivated and track their progress. The mix of activity, sleep, and heart-rate data makes it a great all-round tool for staying on top of your health.
