I started using edX in 2022, and I have been using it for 4 years now. I quite frequently use edX when I want to learn something new, a few times a month.
The most useful thing about edX is that it's easy to find topics that I want to learn about from high-quality colleges.
I don't dislike anything about edX, although there is a waiting line for some of the courses.
I would highly recommend using edX to other people for people who want high-quality education through specific topics through a website from top-quality colleges/institutions.

I started in late May 2025 and have been engaging in courses every week since then. I login into edX every week and spend roughly 6 hours a week working on courses.
Most useful about edX is the convenience of having the course being online and allowing me to go at my own pace. I have zero complaints about edX. The service it provides with troubleshooting courses is straight forward and helpful.
I would 100% recommend edX to others, there is a course out there on edX that would appeal to each person. Learning is something one should engage with often.

I have used it for about 9 years as I got to know about it in 2015. I use it like once in a while that is when I am on leave from work and I can dedicate time to some personal study.
I like the fact that new fields and emerging topics of interest are constantly included on the site. It is also regularly updated.
I enjoy using edX and I am not sure there is anything I dislike about it. I would just like the option of financial aid on a case-by-case basis for people who want to learn but can't afford to pay the basic fee as the cost of internet is already high in some countries, and some people spend a lot just on the internet aside from the basic course fee that comes with a certificate.
Excellent knowledge-sharing platform. It is highly recommended to gain knowledge in various fields as it is not limited to a particular subject area.
