“A colleague at mwanza clinic showed me DocHub while we were swapping tools for faster patient notes. I liked that it works offline and syncs later—useful when the network drops during rounds
I started using DocHub since January 2024 while covering night shifts at a rural clinic, so about 20 months now. I adopted it fully after two weeks because I could keep writing notes offline and sync when the network returned.
Daily I open DocHub for every shift to write assessments and discharge notes. During clinic weeks that’s 30–40 notes a day; even on admin days I’m updating templates.
The most useful thing is offline note-taking with later sync I can document consults during rounds even when the clinic Wi-Fi cuts, and the templates keep my assessments consistent and quick.
I dislike filters by patient ID or date range. Also, adding images sometimes lags on older phones, so I plan uploads for when I’m back at the workstation.

The most useful feature for me is how easily I can edit, sign, and manage PDF documents online. One downside is that some advanced features have limited access unless you upgrade your plan.

“I get to know DocHub from a friend of mine. Initially I was going to fill a pdf form and don’t know how to do it, She told me why don’t you use a DocHub. Starting there I always use dochub.
I started using it on 2022, It’s have been 4 years since I used it. It really make my job easier. I use the application dochub is 3 times a month which is the free trial.

I've been using it for 5 months now, wouldn't change it for anything. I use it almost everyday to work on my school docs.
The most useful feature about DocHub is being able to edit already existing PDFs. I don't think i dislike anything of DocHub, and i wouldn't change anything of it either, it's just perfect as it is.
