“Though friends/family connections even social media have already been gone viral.

I started using since 2015-2016 about before COVID which is 2020 then stopped for awhile. I use it quite often too. About 1month 2-3times and convenient which is contactless delivery.

Most useful about deliveroo is contactless delivery and the riders are quite friendly and understanding. But there's no cash on delivery and sometimes arriving time for delivery not really accurate.

I would recommend my family and friends when there's big events and other family functions it's just conveniently cashless.

“With the usage of this app, I am able to find out on how I will be working. When there is a delivery, I can accept it through the app and collect the order and deliver it to the people. The app shows how convenient and easy it is to work with them.”
