“Got to know online when researching better suit brands.
I started buying from them 8 months ago online. Been using their products for the same amount of time. I have liked their collection but the customer support is bad which makes me wonder if I want to buy from them again.
Designs. Nice interface. Ease of navigating the website. I really like their clothes, which is why I’ve ordered from them multiple times, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had two separate bad experiences on two different orders, and both times the mistakes were on their end.
The first issue was with inconsistent sizing. My most recent suit was much looser than other same size outfits I’ve previously purchased from them. Compared to my past orders, the sizing was clearly off.
The second issue was that I was sent the wrong dupatta, which did not match what was shown on the website.
When I reached out to customer service for help with both issues, there was no real concern for my experience or responsibility taken for the mistakes. The only response I received was that the items were non-refundable, even though the errors were not mine. This is especially frustrating as this was my 8th order, and I had always had good experiences before.
The designs are nice, but repeated order mistakes and poor customer service really ruin the overall experience. I’m so disappointed by their customer service. Not sure if I will buy from them again.
