“I really like BetterHelp. It’s a mental wellness app that lets you pick out a therapist that is catered to your needs. Whether you prefer a therapist that just listens to you or one that will help you, you have the option to pick. The best part is it’s online so you don’t have to drive to the clinic and wait. You can even chat with the therapists at any time. If you aren’t satisfied with your therapist, your therapist can be changed within 48 hours. For the affordability, it’s pretty decent compared to traditional therapy. Overall, I think this is the perfect app, especially for those who are on the go yet they still want to maintain their mental health. Our mental well-being is important which is why I’m a big advocate for apps like this.”

“I've been diagnosed of anxiety attacks and depression and honestly it was not easy at all. Having friends that are always by your side was great --which is i don't have. And this app was a game changer! I can say that it became my steppinh stone to my fast recovery. Very convenient, very mobile friendly . Just the thing is i find a little bit to register at first but overall it was really worth to try!! don't ever hesitate to try this!”
