A convenient way to find great accommodation
“We tried it when going on our first overseas trip, and loved being able to read reviews on the property and get to have personal contact with the owner, answering questions we had. Also their history with making the property available, and clear photos of the rooms and seeing the cleanliness and decor.
2012 in London, Rome, and several other apartments and houses in Australia up to last year.
We have used it for several annual vacations, once or twice a year,
To be able to source reliable accommodation and have a secure payment system.
News reports of owners buying residential apartments, then taking advantage of complexes renting as Airbnb's, with private residents having to deal with holiday makers. I agree that they should be charged extra fees by government agencies if they are profiting.
