“1. *Google search* - You searched "doctor near me" or "English doctor Jamaica" while planning travel, and Air Doctor popped up at the top.
2. *Travel apps/websites* - You were on Skyscanner, http://Booking.com, or checking travel insurance, and they recommended Air Doctor for medical help abroad.
I started using Air Doctor in March 2025 while planning a trip to Ocho Rios. Wanted backup in case I got sick abroad. I use Air Doctor 2-3 times per year, only when I’m traveling outside Jamaica and need quick medical advice.
When you’re traveling and get sick at night or in a remote area, you don’t have to waste hours finding a clinic or worry about language barriers. You open the app, book a video call, and talk to a vetted doctor from your hotel room in 30 mins. It gives you fast medical help + peace of mind without the stress of navigating a foreign healthcare system.

Explanation: If you’re in anywhere even rural areas, Air Doctor often shows “no doctors nearby”. , but outside tourist + city zones your options shrink fast. So if you’re not in a major spot, the app can’t actually help you.
I’d tell others: "Download Air Doctor if you travel - it connects you to vetted, English-speaking doctors for quick video calls so you get medical help fast without the stress of finding a clinic in a new country."
