I started using uber ride since 2021 when I finally had my own debit card. I still use it and I got the membership because it’s pretty handy with traveling and ordering food; the membership applies to uber eats as well. I use it twice almost every weekdays for rides because It’s the only reliable and safe transport for me and my child.
Most useful about Uber Ride is safety. Uber ride is very modern, allowing you to have an emergency contact handy if anything were to happen. They also give an option to have a specific code for the driver to type in before the ride commences to confirm that they were your uber driver and not someone shady.
I don’t have any major dislikes with uber ride but…Greedy drivers. It’s very rare to come across one but it’s something I dislike about uber. I understand that money is important and nice to have but it’s not acceptable when a passenger is trying to get by somewhere and the driver intentionally takes a poor route to earn more money. Although, if this were to unfortunately happen to you, uber is quite understanding when it comes to complains and can give you refunds for your ride given that your reasoning was valid.
If you’re looking for a reliable ride to get to where you want, uber ride is one of them. Very easy to use and gives good service.
