I began using Cloud Softphone in January 2024 and have been using it for about a year now, primarily for business communication while working remotely.
I use the app daily for inbound and outbound calls, especially when traveling or working outside the office. It's a vital part of our remote toolkit.
Its seamless integration with SIP accounts and customizable UI make it extremely flexible. Call quality is crisp, and it rarely drops even on weaker networks. The app is also intuitive for first-time users.
The initial setup can be confusing without technical support, especially for users unfamiliar with VoIP. More onboarding tips within the app would help.
