"Tell Friends & Win $100" Prize Draw Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The "Tell Friends & Win $100" Prize Draw is open to all PanelPlace member worldwide, except employees and immediate families from PanelPlace (the Sponsor) and associated companies and all joint-promotional partners.
2. Timing: The Prize Draw begins at 00:00 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT"), 1 January 2013, and ends at 23:59 GMT, 31 June 2013 (the "Prize Draw Period").
   Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Prize Draw.
3. Prizes: FOUR (4) Prizes: $100 USD. Total Value of Prizes: $400 USD.
   • ALL prizes will be awarded as cash via PayPal. Winners may be required to set up a money transfer account, as directed by the Sponsor, in order to receive his/her prize.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
4. Prize Drawing:
   • The Sponsor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
   • All winners will be notified by email.
   • All winners must claim their prizes within 14 days after the email notification. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner for the applicable drawing.
   • By acceptance of prize, winners consent to the use of their information submitted, for advertising purposes in any and all media, including online announcements, without additional compensation.
   • The Sponsor reserves the right to use the information submitted and/or photographs of winners for advertising purposes except where prohibited by law.
5. General Conditions:
   • The action of referring friends does not guarantee a winning.
   • The Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced prizes.
   • Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
   • By participating in this Prize Draw, all participants agree to be bounded by the rules stipulated here, which the Sponsor reserves the right to change without notice.
   • The validity of this new Prize Draw begins at 00:00 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT"), 1 January 2013, and ends at 23:59 GMT, 30 June 2013
6. Winner's List: The winners for this Prize Draw will be posted on or about 6 weeks after the drawing date on the Sponsor's designated Web site.
